*Just For You*
“This is my prayer for all of us—'Lord, increase our faith.' Increase our faith to bridge the chasms of uncertainty and doubt. . . . Grant us faith to look beyond the problems of the moment to the miracles of the future. . . . Give us faith to do what is right and let the consequence follow.” -Pres. Gordon B. Hinckley

Snowy Sundays
Can I just say how much I love the snow...I'm sure many people think I'm crazy but I love days like today. Sunday is such a wonderful day. I so look forward to being able to go to church. My wonderful mom offered to come stay with TJ so Tim and I are able to go to church together. We were told to probably keep him out of church until RSV season is over, around March or April. It was pretty hard at first. I would go one week and then we would switch off and Tim would go the next. I am just so grateful that Grandma Wendy is able to come stay with him so we can go together. I also love Relief Society. I know some of you are thinking "what is wrong with this chick? Snow AND Relief Society!" But its true. I have such a wonderful Relief Society presidency. They have taken such great care of us and I feel the love that they have for each and every one of the sisters in my ward. Its amazing to see how well they know us all since there are so many new faces! We have two or three new families almost every week. Thats what we get for moving into a new developement. But I am just so impressed by how caring and thoughtful these women are. Tim and I are hoping to go through the temple in March. We are keeping our fingers crossed that there won't be any big suprises this time around lol. I loved coming home from church today to see a beautiful white snow storm approaching. Even though it ruined my plans of going to Nephi today, I am always so excited for the soft blanket that comes with a fresh snowfall. I guess I am just in a grateful mood but I am so happy for the many wonderful blessings that surround me everyday.

Yay for 2009!
Ok so I know I haven't posted in like 20 days or something haha! I know lame right. But I am so excited for the new year. I have so many goals and plans this year. I really want to get back into reading a lot. I miss finding a great book to read, so thats one of my New Year's resolution. I'm going to make it an easy one with this year being my first year as mommy :D I'm going to try to read one great book a month. I figure that way I can acutally probably reach my goal lol. I also want to try to save more $$$ this year. I have some big plans for finishing our house so I think we need to start putting a little moolah away every month for our home fund. Naturally one of my resolutions is to be better at going to church..we have 9:00 church this year so this is gunna be a hard one..and to be better in my church callings. I also want to keep my home cleaner and try to be more organized..anyone who knows me knows I never know where anything is, I'm just a really good guesser.
TJ is doing marvelous! I can't believe he is already 4 month old! He had his check up on the 14th and as of then he was 12 lbs 9 1/4 oz (10th percentile), 23.5 inches (10th percentile), and his head circum. was 39 centimeters ( below the 5th percentile) haha so he's a growing boy! This is the first time he's ever even made it into the percentiles so he's slowly catching up!!!
Funny Story: So I was walking through the mall the other night just minding my own buisness when a girl stops me and the conversation goes as follows:
Girl: "HI! Can I ask you a question?"
Me: "Sure..."
Girl: "My name is (I can't remember) and I am a scout for a modeling agency and I think you are just so beautiful. I watched you walk by once before and wanted to stop you and then when you came by again I just had to ask....have you ever thought about modeling before?"
Me: in my head.."YEAH RIGHT...I'm 5' 5" and like 125 lbs..I'm too short and by model standards too fat."...out loud "Um no not really..."
Girl: "Well I would just love to have you come into our agency for an interview. May I have your first name and number so we can contact you?"
Me: "Yeah that would be alright."
Lo and behold two days later they actually called. Haha. They want me to come in next week for an interview lol. I thought it was pretty funny and that they would never call, but they did and now I'm deciding on whether I should go in or not..Tim says yes what have I go to lose...I say my pride when they tell me the inevitable I'm too short and too fat and I have a broken nose and my eyes are kinda crooked haha. But whatever...I'll probably go in. Maybe it would just be for cataglogs or whatever...if someone wants to pay me money to take my picture thats cool I guess. But never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be approached about being a model. No worries tho I'm not going to put any money into it. If they want me to model then cool. Anymore than that...see ya!
That was about the only highlight for these last 20 days. We don't really do a whole lot. Tim works and is still going to school of course. I play with TJ all day and work a few days a week, and then Tim plays with TJ all day. I'm considering going back to school and getting my degree, but we'll see how that goes. I miss dancing. I would love to go back and major in dance again, but that wouldn't really take me anywhere. I don't want to teach dance, and what else do you do with a dance degree? Well here are some pictures of all the shinanagins (spelling?) we've been up too lol.....

Where Oh Where Has My Little Doggy Gone?
I searched through the house assuming Milo was up to no good. I searched and searched and searched. Where had my little dog gone? Then I spotted him.....

Milo Being Milo
So Milo decided there just wasn't something right about that little mirror thing on TJ play mat. He could see TJ's feet kicking in the mirror but couldn't figure out where they were coming from. It really freaked him out. I can only imagine what was running through his little mind.
Christmas Pictures
Milo got a cluck cluck for Christmas. He loved it! It has a little thing in it the makes the chicken cluck when he would bite it. The first time he made it cluck he jumped back in suprise. It was so funny. Now he just wants us to throw it down the hall so he can chase after it and make it cluck. He is the smartest puppy. I was sitting in the front room one night with TJ and I said to Milo "Go get your rope" which was in a basket in our family room. I asked him twice and he took off. Little did I know he knew excatly what I was talking about and came prancing back into the front room with his rope in his mouth. We love our little puppy, and he loves his new cluck cluck.
