So.....my house got taken off the market...I'm kinda bummed. I guess they decided to rent it to a family member who needed a place to stay......BUT!!!! We found another one haha. There honestly are sooooo many houses for sale in Utah County. It's super nice and its in Pleasant Grove which is about 5-10 min. away from where we live right now. Its really cute and we're going to take a tour of it tomorrow morning! YAY!

SO not much else really has been going on. We've just been working and looking at houses and stuff. Tim is starting school in May so that should be really exciting. He's still planning on going into chiropractic which is hard because then we will have to move out of the state in about 4-5 years. We're not really looking forward to that, but it should be alright.

Wow...I can't believe its almost been a month since I've last posted. I almost pulled a MOM...sorry guys........so a LOT has been going on lately. I got a NEW JOB! And it is absolutely fantastic. I can't even believe how lucky I was to nail this. K here's the scoop....its at a salon/day spa in Orem. Its ohhh about 1/2 mile..maybe..away from my apartment. Its called Seasons salon and day spa. I work about 22-28 hours a week and she (my boss Autumn) pays about 47% commission..thats just starting out..it moves up to 52%...and the cheapest massage there is $45!!! Yeah awesome..and on top of that I keep my tips..which today I worked for 4 hours did 3 massages and made $50 in tips.....AMAZING! Its totally a blessing and is exactly what I have been praying for. Ok now awesome thing #2

Tim is getting a new job also! His dad Mike works for Sprint and kind of put in a good word for him. The store in American Fork is hiring. Tim has gone and spoken to the manager there and he is VERY interested in having Tim work for them. Its such an amazing job and if he lands it we will be set! He will be paid salary and they start at $25,000 a year...and on top of that he has the opportunity to make an extra $5,000 commission. We are praying so hard that he will be able to get this job. It would be absolutely amazing! They offer insurance and up to $5,000 a year tuition reimbusment which is incredible! Tim is starting school in May so if we were able to get this life would be GOOD!

Ok.......awesome thing #3

Tim and I are getting a HOUSE! BLAH! Yeah things are kind of moving at a fast pace for us (don't worry...not that fast...no babies :) yet......) We sat down and figured out how much we would be making with my new job and him still at Sizzler. We already pay close to $900 a month just on rent..and we have plenty to spare that could transfer over to a house payment. We have been talking to a lender and they have figured that if we got a house for around $200,000 our payments would be just over $1100. We're pretty excited about everything and are keeping our fingers crossed that it will all work out. This is a picture of the house we will probably be getting!!!! YAY!!!!!

This is my family. We all are pretty good looking. I think we did pretty good considering I was the photographer, and we took it in our living room. We decided that we're all a bunch of whities and probably needed some sun...but hey it was the end of December so who cares right! Love yall ;)
